Lakeview Village Wellness and Community Center
The Wellness and Community Center in the Eastside Terrace building at Lakeview Village is an upscale, uplifting gathering place for residents and guests. The innovative and luxury design combines dining, fitness, wellness, art and socializing, making this a bustling hub of community activity.
Our spectacular Aquatics Center features a large saltwater pool in a beautiful sunlit environment thanks to soaring floor-to-ceiling windows. Whether swimming laps, taking an aqua aerobics class or simply enjoying a refreshing dip, the pool is a pleasant place to be. The Aquatics Center includes locker rooms and showers. Plus, directly adjacent to the pool, a HydroWorx® therapy pool offers an ideal therapeutic environment, featuring an underwater treadmill to promote fluid movement and muscle relaxation while reducing joint pain and stiffness.
Designed specifically for seniors, our Fitness Center has three full-time employees dedicated to fitness and strengthening. Personalized fitness programs include exercises on state-of-the-art Keiser® power and strength-training equipment, along with SciFit® cardiovascular training equipment. We offer a variety of classes in our fitness studios throughout campus seven days a week, with options to suit every fitness level. Lakeview Village also has additional satellite fitness centers in Heritage Place, Northpointe, and Southridge apartment buildings.
This vibrant dining venue serves a healthy menu featuring fresh ingredients for breakfast and lunch, as well as a popular coffee bar with barista. It’s a favorite spot for a healthy breakfast or lunch after a workout.
Located in the lower level of the Community Center in Eastside Terrace and opening out onto a beautiful courtyard, our Art Gallery showcases a variety of artwork created by Lakeview Village residents, often times in our campus art studio. The artwork changes regularly, and residents enjoy each show’s opening events.
