A community that values giving as a way of life.
Established in 1997, the Lakeview Village Foundation provides funding for projects, programs, and services that benefit residents of Lakeview Village and its sister community, Ridgeview Village. As a 501(c)3 organization that is separate from Lakeview Village, the foundation is governed by an 11-member Board of Trustees, six of whom are Lakeview Village residents.
With the support of generous donations by Lakeview Village residents, families, friends, charitable foundations, and businesses, the foundation provides assistance to residents who can no longer afford the full cost of their care, through no fault of their own. In addition, the foundation provides grants to assist with renovations and special projects throughout the community.
How you can help.
The Lakeview Village Foundation welcomes gifts of all sizes, including non-cash gifts such as vehicles or appreciated securities and mutual funds. Charitable gift annuities may also be established with the foundation. Donations are tax-deductible, as provided by law.
Recognizing your generosity.
The Lakeview Village Foundation Donor Wall serves as a tribute to generous friends, families, charitable foundations and businesses that have made cumulative gifts ranging from $500 to $500,000+.
