Ridgeview Village

An income-based option.

Our “sister community”, Ridgeview Village, is part of our mission to provide quality, affordable housing for all seniors, including those with lower incomes.  Lakeview Village sponsored and now manages Ridgeview Village Community to provide subsidized, independent living for those aged 62 and older and whose income falls under the maximum requirements. Residents pay individualized rent based on their annual income. Managed by friendly, caring staff, our homey setting is designed to enhance each resident’s well-being. We offer common spaces for resident and family get-togethers, and our team works with the greater community to continually maintain and improve our campus.

Operated under the same high standards as Lakeview Village, Ridgeview Village offers 107 well-maintained, one-bedroom apartments designed to age in place.  This includes low-lip entry showers with grab bars, taller toilets with grab bars, and call light emergency systems, all while maintaining a home-like appearance. There are also ADA compliant units available for those with audio/visual or mobility disabilities. We are small pet-friendly with a pet deposit from the resident. The smoke-free campus is located at 11860 S. Sunset Drive in Olathe, Kansas, making it ideally close to shopping and other amenities.
