Phase II will include a London Villa and a duplex featuring the Patio Home II floor plan.  Construction will begin in early 2023 to be completed in 2024.

The London is a 1593 square foot single family home that includes a 2 car garage, a covered patio. Optional finished daylight basement.

The Patio Home II is a 1606 square foot duplex that includes a 2 car garage, large patio and optional finished basement.

Phase I will begin with a brand new floor plan called the Venice. You can customize this 1,375 square foot duplex with a two-car garage, two covered patios and an optional finished daylight basement. (This would add additional square footage). You decide what goes in the basement – office, extra guest bedroom, bath, den, craft room, laundry room, workshop – whatever you dream up!

The Venice was a limited new construction opportunity as Lakeview Village is only building 4 Venice Villas.  These Villas sold quickly and construction began in late 2022.  The Villas will be completed in late 2023.
